so i havent done any workout since saturday… today’s the 5th day of no workout… and a day of eating. i need to push on with this program or else, im the one who is going to suffer. sorry about that… this will push the deadline 5 days forward.
Just updating… no photo today… didn’t get to go to the gym. Had some problems that needed attending today, so that was priority. I did, however, go to the fat blasting treatment I got through groupon… and sweated out like a burrito in another treatment. sooo technically, i did something today also… haha! more about this tomorrow.
