Day 16 of 90: A setback

so i havent done any workout since saturday… today’s the 5th day of no workout… and a day of eating. i need to push on with this program or else, im the one who is going to suffer. sorry about that… this will push the deadline 5 days forward.

Day 11. Back from a rest day. My body was totally complaining yesterday so i rested. Today, i took it easy with the cardio.

Plate workout for today. Claimed one bench and 3 different plates. Circuit workout coz apparently i just need to lose fat, not build muscle. Lol!

Day 8 of 90

Just updating… no photo today… didn’t get to go to the gym. Had some problems that needed attending today, so that was priority. I did, however, go to the fat blasting treatment I got through groupon… and sweated out like a burrito in another treatment. sooo technically, i did something today also… haha! more about this tomorrow.
